Refund Policy

We will refund up to 100% if the cancellation occurs before noon on the Friday before the meeting week.  Otherwise, no refund is offered.  If extraordinary circumstances exist, the member must contact the Treasurer and obtain Board Approval for any partial refund.  If the meeting is a virtual event only (no food involved), cancellations must occur the day prior to the event.
